Website and AI Assistant Terms

These terms cover your use of the Superior Plumbing Drainage & Gas website and our AI chat assistant. They are separate from, and do not replace, our Terms and Conditions, which govern services we supply to clients under a quotation or agreement.
1. The AI assistant is automated
Superior Plumbing Drainage & Gas is operated by The Trustee for The Steve Neale Trading Trust (ABN 77 540 137 287) and runs superiorplumbing.net.au and an AI-powered chat assistant. When you use the chat assistant you are interacting with automated software, not a Superior Plumbing Drainage & Gas employee. You can ask to be put in touch with a person at any time.
2. Eligibility
Our website and AI chat assistant are available to anyone aged 13 and older, for general and informational use. If you are under 18, you may browse and ask the assistant questions, but a parent or guardian must arrange any booking, quote, deposit, or contract on your behalf. By using our website or AI chat assistant, you confirm you meet this requirement, or that you are using it on behalf of a business or organisation you are authorised to bind.
3. AI-generated content
Responses generated by the chat assistant are for general information only. They are not quotes, binding offers, contracts, professional advice, or guarantees of availability or price. Any availability or timeframe the assistant mentions is indicative only, and is confirmed only in a written quote from Superior Plumbing Drainage & Gas. AI systems can produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Anything you intend to rely on must be confirmed directly with Superior Plumbing Drainage & Gas.
4. Acceptable use
When using the chat assistant you must not:
- submit sensitive personal information, including health information, government identifiers, or financial account and card details;
- submit information about another person without their permission;
- use it for any unlawful, deceptive, harassing or abusive purpose;
- submit false or misleading information;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or automate access to it.
5. Third-party services
Our chat assistant and CRM are provided by HighLevel, which uses its own sub-processors including artificial intelligence providers. How we handle the information you submit, including where it is stored, is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Content you submit
By submitting content through this website or the chat assistant, you grant Superior Plumbing Drainage & Gas permission to use that content to respond to you, deliver our services, review and improve the accuracy of the assistant’s answers, and meet our legal obligations.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, Superior Plumbing Drainage & Gas is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on content generated by the AI chat assistant.
8. Availability and changes
The chat assistant is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw it at any time. We may update these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
