Cleared grease blockage with jetter and inspected drain with CCTV. Found multiple breaks from pool fence installation. Removed concrete debris and returned next day to repair damaged sections.

Cleared grease blockage using jetter. CCTV camera of drain to check all clear. Found drain damaged in multiple places, due to a recently installed pool fence. Where the pool fence had pierced the drain, concrete had pooled, causing further blockages. Removed concrete debris from drain & sent customer a quote to replace damaged sections of drain. Quote was accepted & we re-attended the following day to repair the damaged sections of drain.
