Was a subdivision we did in Beckenham. The client was subdividing one block into four. We coordinated all the work involved in laying the service for all 4 lots. These included sewer, stormwater, water, gas, power conduits and NBN/comms conduits. We also had to coordinate with the Watercorp regarding a new junction cut in. Due to the soil and low lying ground water in the area we had to engage a dewatering contractor to allow us to excavate and lay the drain at the required depth. Once the site had been backfilled, compacted and levelled we also supplied the client with an as constructed drawing to show locations and dimensions of all the services.
